At Drap Drop, we want both you and your little ones to be happy with every order. If something wasn’t what you expected, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.
What can you return?
Any item that hasn’t been used, is in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. This way, we can give that garment a second life without compromising Drap Drop quality.
We do not accept returns of:
- Used or damaged items, or those without original packaging.
- Intimate hygiene products, cosmetics, or items with special safety requirements.
- Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
- Sale items (unless faulty or due to our error).
How do I return an item?
- Email us at info@drapdrop.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll reply within 48 hours with the next steps.
- Send the package to the address we provide.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email whether the return or exchange is approved.
Refunds
If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund via the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive the package.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
For orders within the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, we cover the return shipping cost. For other international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. We’re happy to advise you on the most cost-effective and secure option.
Was it a gift?
If the product was a gift, we can offer you a voucher for the value of the item so you can choose something else you love.
