The Benefits of Sustainable Children’s Clothing.

At Drap Drop, we believe that every garment tells a story of comfort, durability and environmental awareness. Made with care and under constant quality control, Drap Drop garments are designed to help children feel free to move and explore the world around them.

Environmental Awareness from the Beginning:
At Drap Drop, we believe in teaching children about the importance of caring for the planet from an early age.

By choosing sustainable clothing, you are cultivating a conscious attitude towards responsible consumption.

Our garments are 100% organic cotton and other natural fibers such as Tencel, linen or bamboo. The manufacturing processes are environmentally friendly, allowing children to explore the world with the knowledge that they are contributing to a greener and brighter future for all.

Respect for people:
We work with manufacturers who share our values of ethics and sustainability. We ensure that every hand that touches our garments does so in fair and safe conditions, because we believe that beautiful fashion starts with fair practices.

Everyone involved in the supply chain is treated with respect and dignity.

Respect for animals and nature:
Drap Drop prioritizes animal welfare, does not make use of any animal parts or animal-derived substances that cannot be obtained without killing or injuring an animal.

Drap Drop does not make use of:

Polyester and other synthetic materials (not even recycled): These materials are made from petroleum-derived chemicals and are not biodegradable. Their production generates toxic emissions and contributes to air and water pollution. In addition, when garments made of polyester are washed, they release microplastics that can pollute the oceans and harm marine life.
Animal fur such as angora: due to cruel procurement practices and inadequate living conditions in some rabbit breeding operations.
PVC: is considered the most environmentally damaging plastic. In the short term it can cause nervous system problems. Prolonged exposure can cause severe risk to human health.
Perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) and azo dyes: These dyes are common in the textile industry and can release carcinogenic amines when they decompose, posing a risk to human health.
Formaldehyde: It is used in the fabric finishing process to prevent wrinkling and improve the durability of garments. However, formaldehyde can cause skin irritation and respiratory problems, and has been classified as a carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC).
Fluorocarbons: These are used to make fabrics water and stain repellent. However, some fluorocarbons can be persistent in the environment and potentially harmful to human health.

Responsible supply chain:

Transparency is key for us in our relationship with suppliers.
We source our materials and garments from carefully selected and audited suppliers, to whom we provide our training support to help them achieve our standards.

We strive to ensure the highest social and environmental standards in our supply chain.

Durable and comfortable designs:
From climbing trees to building sand castles, kids need clothing that lives up to their feats.

Drap Drop designs are created to withstand the fast pace of children’s lives, offering durability and wear resistance while providing all-day comfort. With high quality materials, our garments are ready to accompany little ones on all their adventures, time and time again.

Eco-conscious packaging:

We strive to reduce our impact on the environment as much as possible even in the smallest details. That’s why our packaging is made from 100% organic paper.

So every delivery is a small contribution to the care of our planet!.
