Shipping Terms

Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will attempt to deliver the package on 3 occasions; after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You can also choose to have it delivered to a post office for collection. All orders are processed automatically, so we cannot modify the shipping and delivery times.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA: Postal services deliver within 3 to 5 business days. IMPORTANT: ID card required.

Do you ship orders to the Canary Islands? And outside of Spain?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

It's been over 24 hours and I still haven't received a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?

Check your spam folder and make sure that info@drapdrop.com is in your email account’s safe sender list.

This will prevent the spam filter from blocking future communications.

Where is my order shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Madrid

What delivery options are there?

  1. Your package will be sent to the address you provide. At post offices.
  2. At post offices.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if you wish to change the delivery address, we can modify it as long as the package has not left our warehouses and is not already out for delivery.

I haven't received my order

Once you make the purchase, we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase and dispatch from our warehouse.

If more than 7 days have passed since the confirmation of your order and you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service at info@drapdrop.com.

Returns

At Drap Drop, we want both you and your little ones to be happy with every order. If something wasn’t what you expected, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.

What can you return?
Any item that hasn’t been used, is in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. This way, we can give that garment a second life without compromising Drap Drop quality.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Used or damaged items, or those without original packaging.
  • Intimate hygiene products, cosmetics, or items with special safety requirements.
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products.
  • Sale items (unless faulty or due to our error).

How do I return an item?

  • Email us at info@drapdrop.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • We’ll reply within 48 hours with the next steps.
  • Send the package to the address we provide.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll confirm by email whether the return or exchange is approved.

Refunds
If everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund via the original payment method within a maximum of 7 days from the date we receive the package.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
For orders within the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, we cover the return shipping cost. For other international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. We’re happy to advise you on the most cost-effective and secure option.

Was it a gift?
If the product was a gift, we can offer you a voucher for the value of the item so you can choose something else you love.

Refund times

The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary, but it is usually processed automatically and may take between 24 to 72 business hours.
