Shipping Terms

Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The courier will attempt to deliver the package on 3 occasions; after the third attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You can also choose to have it delivered to a post office for collection. All orders are processed automatically, so we cannot modify the shipping and delivery times.

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA, AND MELILLA: Postal services deliver within 3 to 5 business days. IMPORTANT: ID card required.

Do you ship orders to the Canary Islands? And outside of Spain?

What delivery options are there?

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if you wish to change the delivery address, we can modify it as long as the package has not left our warehouses and is not already out for delivery.

I haven't received my order

Once you make the purchase, we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase and dispatch from our warehouse.

If more than 7 days have passed since the confirmation of your order and you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service at


    • Consumers have a period of 30 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification. This period begins from the day the consumer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
    • If multiple goods are ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately, the period begins when the consumer acquires physical possession of the last of the goods.
    • Provided that the garments are returned in perfect condition, unused and unwashed.

Refund times

The time it takes for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary, but it is usually processed automatically and may take between 24 to 72 business hours.
